1. If I win, how will I receive my firearm?

After winning the raffle, you will need to tell us who your local FFL dealer is. We will then ship the firearm to that dealer. They will perform all of the necessary background checks before giving you your firearm.

2. Is it illegal to buy a firearm via a raffle?

KC Gunworks adheres to all State and Federal laws regarding the sale of firearms. Some restrictions may apply. Check with your local FFL dealer before purchasing raffle tickets if you are unsure about your ability to legally own a firearm.
